Conveniently located and efficiently managed the rooms at Citybox are surprisingly large for European standards. Loved this simple, efficient and minimalism horel, focused on comfort and sustainability at the same time. Great location within walking distance to Helsinki's highlights. Great breakfast option with the cafe next door, breakfast buffet was amazing every morning. The hotel is very responsive to messages and made our first visit in Helsinki comfortable and memorable! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

I did not use the laundry but I used the kitchen for my evening meals. It is clean and comfortable I used to be at many hotels but Citybox is the best one (with my budjet). The location is very convenient with metro ,bus and too many supermarkets near by. Staffs are very friendly and helpful especially Nicholas (the gentleman) he helped me a lot.
