The seats were awfully close together. On the long flight, the lady in front reclined her seat so,far, she was practically in my lap. Very uncomfortable for 8 1/2 hours. I thought I paid for extra leg room.
Both power outlets didn’t work, flight attendant took a note of that. Great onboard shopping but we wish the pre-order items were available for immediate sale or through website
The WiFi would not work but the flight was fine
Staff was generally nice but they could ask before raising my seat to upright position.
The Finnair bus is not free.
Very good service the only one thing that I don’t like it Was that has to pay for the coffee and for the te, 3€ the te nothing special.
Smaller seat pitch but nice people
Luggage didn’t arrive on time :(
Got switched from aisle to window seat on FinnAir leg
