The staff here is simply the best. Nan, Chumpunuch, Suchada, Preeda were especially the best. But the luggage and elevator staff were excellent as well. As long as the staff is this good, I will always come here.

In my opinion the lack of blockout curtains and the bathroom were below my expectations having believed the star rating and brand. The pool was closed for maintenance during my stay which didn't help with my acessment . Breakfast was ok. Great location.

Great location

The hotel is a bit dated. But the location is great. Although it can be a bit noise at night due to the night market. So for those who need to sleep early and is sensitive to sound u might want to consider another hotel or another facing. The staffs there are all excellent and helpful. Which is a plus point for this hotel.

Very Good Except the toilet story.

Room 1513 I have stayed at this hotel a few times and highly recommend to all my friends. I shared with my side of the toilet story. The bedding in my room was not comfy. we got backache after sleeping in the first night. it spoilt the 6D5N trip. there is no sliding door to separate the toilet and bathroom. The toilet always got wet and slippery after shower, it is quite dangerous if you are staying alone, when you slip and fall without people knowing. I hope the management will take serious view I this matter. Overall, the staffs are super polite and courteous, from front desk, Saneha Cafe, housekeeping, bellhops and not to mention the SPA at Level 7. keep up the excellent services.

breakfast options pretty standard, but the soup/noodles changes every day. i like that all amenities are covered (i.e. hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, body lotion, handwash, towels of all sizes, disposable bedroom slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc). staff have good command of english here, extremely polite and their hospitality is top notch with excellent service.

This place should be ranked as a five-star hotel. It's really fancy. The location is right in the middle of all the action --- night markets, street food, bars, and massage parlors. I will plan to stay here whenever I visit Hat Yai.

I believe this is the best hotel on Hat Yai. It is fine, staff and service are delightful. Rooms a tad dated, bed comfortable. Noise from nightmarket but that stops 10 sharp so not end of world. Hat ayainhas nothing endearing about it, but as staging post to Koh Lipe was fine
