เคยจองโรงแรมทางอินเตอร์เนทเวลาเช็คอินจะเข้าพักเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมถามหาไอดีการจองซึ่งเราไม่มีแต่ได้ให้ดูข้อความยืนยันทางอีเมลย์ เขาก็เช็คนานมากและทำงงผมจึงถามว่าทำไมไม่เช็คชื่อผู้จองเขาบอกไม่มีต้องดูที่ไอดีผมจึงขอดูอีเมลในโทรศัพท์เขาจึงพบมีชื่อผมเป็นลูกค้าจองมาเกือบจะไม่ได้พักทั้งที่เรียกเก็บเงินไปแล้ว น่าจะเกิดจากตัวพนักงานหรืออาจจะมีแต่ไอดีไม่มีชื่อลูกค้าแจ้งมา
