"Great location not far outside the French Quarter and easily walkable. We had a couple small places just outside the back door, Daisy Dukes for breakfast and lunch and Mahogany Jazz Hall for great jazz and cocktails. We could walk to the river, the casino and the outlet mall if we wanted. Plenty of taxis and ubers if you wanted to go farther.
The hotel bar was nice with a big lounge, the front desk was professional and helpful. There were three of us traveling together, two stayed in a room in the older tower, while one stayed in the updated tower. Both rooms had comfortable beds and were the same size. My only downside was the occasional traffic noise from Canal Street however it did quiet down the later it got surprisingly. We had a great stay!"
