Electrical connection was inadequate. There were no suitable connection near the bed. Also lighting near the bed was redundant. Instead of table lamps or something similar, there was recessed lighting in the ceiling that was better suited for a hallway and not a bedroom.

Super friendly/helpful staff. Large room: clean, well appointed (fridge/microwave), looked recently painted and bathroom seemed recently remodeled. Easy location and parking. Only real demerit is continental breakfast: basically just cold cereal, some oranges, oatmeal packets and single-packaged danishes (very good coffee machine though) - some hot food and lower sugar options would uplift this...but this is really the only (and relatively small) issue with an otherwise very good stay in a very clean and well equipped room. Would stay there again.

The only problem I have is you could do much better on your breakfast. Such as other places I stay at with hot eggs. Can I meet toast? Waffles cyril just doesn't cut it.

Checked in for two nights for my bday. Made sure to out in comments I needed a bottom floor room due to medical reasons. Lady at desk stated they didn’t have one anymore and that I would be on the second floor with no elevators. Not ok. Room was outdated and dusty. The shower had the worst water pressure and the tub was chipped. Carpet needs replacing badly. When time to check out, I was so exhausted from going up and down those stairs that I barely made the drive home. Not a great birthday at all. Live and learn I guess.
