When searching for a rental for Cruising the Coast this unit had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, the living areas were big enough for the 5 of us, and parking was easy. As with a lot of places in Gulfport and Biloxi there was noise from the train that passed by several times a day, mainly from the horn being blown as the train crossed the main highway nearby. Not anything specific to this unit, just worth mentioning if anyone in your group are light sleepers. Responsive host, good experience, and would stay here again next time we're in town.

Close to the beach

Our overall our stay was good and had no issues. The downside was for the train that went by regularly and was right behind the unit, so it very loud. But the proximity to the beach was great and this was in a gated community which was very nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Fun Beach Stay

This townhouse was as described and overall very clean. The setup was perfect for our family of 4 and there was plenty of room for others if needed. Loved the big closets to store all of our luggage. There were chairs and umbrellas you could use which was nice. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very quick. We rented multiple townhouses at this complex as we came down with a baseball team. It was nice to have everyone so close together and close to the beach. However, one of the other owner’s was extremely grumpy and complained about a lot for some of the other members of our large group who had rented houses next to his. The gated community overall was very nice and secure. The train is loud as it runs right by the house. They also had a very early morning trash pick up which was noisy as they dumped multiple large trash containers and one evening had someone spraying something with a loud generator in the middle of the night. I am assuming spraying for bugs. Light sleepers will want ear plugs. We were a little disappointed that only one pier was open close by. However, the kids did enjoy looking for hermit crabs, watching dolphins, and fishing from the pier. The local fisherman were all very helpful and gave the boys lots of tips for how to get the best catches. The beaches overall were disappointing and not well kept. Lots of trash and glass so we had to be very careful. The water is very shallow and kids could touch pretty far off the beach.

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay. The owner Aisha was quick to respond to questions. I would stay here again. The 4 teen girls with us enjoyed being able to stay in one room too.

Very Clean & Cute Property

Communication with the owner was great. The townhouse was VERY clean and maintained nicely. Rooms were very cute and comfortable. We had family staying in other units on the property and this unit was by far much nicer! Kitchen had everything we needed. A wagon and chairs were available for the beach. HOA needs to do a little maintenance however. The neighborhood pool was dirty (they did come clean towards the end of our trip) and the grass hadn’t been mowed in a while (maybe too much rain before we came…they did come mow before we left). Not this property owners fault but the train was louder than anticipated. Some nights it rattled through 5 times and blared the horn the whole way. Some nights I never heard it. Overall the owner and actual townhouse was great! Thank you!
