It was a great experience working with ALBVR! They were great in communication via email before and during the visit about the check-in and check-out process. There was a situation that came up on their part and they texted me about it and it worked out perfectly. Would be happy to work with this company again! The condo was great, too!

Excellent place to stay. Very clean. Great for a family due to convenience to the beach and pool. Also great area to grill on the bay with a pier to fish off of. Will definitely be returning

Sea Oats B106 was great. Clean, had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped. One of the best places we have stayed in Sea Oats. Host was great. Due to husband having emergency gallbladder surgery had to extend our stay and there was no hesitation when I made this request. Would love to stay again when we can enjoy more.

Great place to stay.

Nice location and not too far from great eating places and shopping. The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Everything worked as it should and we were very pleased.

We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect—situated between the lagoon and the beach, giving us easy access to both. The boys loved fishing in the lagoon and spending time at the beach.One of our favorite features was the pool right outside the balcony. It was nice to be able to relax while keeping an eye on the teens. Having covered parking directly underneath the condo was also very convenient and made coming and going easy.The building exterior is a bit dated, but the condo itself was comfortable and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the storage area, which included beach chairs, a wagon, a fishing net, and beach toys. Having those items available saved us valuable packing space.The condo was listed for sale during our stay, so we did need to accommodate a realtor showing and a prospective buyer once during the week. Fortunately, it was only a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact our vacation.Overall, this was a great place for our family, and we would happily stay here again.

Great place near the beach!

Everything was great! This was our second trip to Gulf Shores. We enjoyed this property much better than the other property we rented. Everything was comfortable, clean, as well as spacious. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean, quiet, comfortable

It was a very relaxing stay. Check in was so convenient. Location is amazing. My 5 year old suggested the pool be heated. We will be back

Great vacation. Out of all vacation rentals we have stayed at this the first time I’ve had to buy garbage bags and toilet paper. I know it says in listing but a spare of each would have been helpful. Other than that loved the apartment would stay again!

Christmas getaway

It was a very nice and clean condo.Everything that we needed was there and clean the only thing that was missing was a chair in the master bedroom.we different needed one to sit on to put our shoes on but we managed and overall it was great. I was really impressed by the number of towels that were available for our stay All of the other guests were very friendly and very nice people

Had Everything

A very clean, well stocked and well located property. Wanting for none of the amenities and right across the street from the beach, with easy access, this place was perfect for our holiday weekend stay. The only drawback was the faint smell of cat box odor and the condition of the complex’s pool, which although clean, needs some repairs. Overall great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Family time in the rain

We were very impressed with how clean the rooms were. The description on the internet was quite accurate. Even though it rained one day and was cloudy the next, we had a lot of fun and made many memories. We will return!!

Vacation with grandkids

The location was great and the unit was roomy and comfortable. Could have used a couple of bigger pots to cook in. The water pressure is not the best. The worst thing about the place was having a flying bat show up in the master bedroom one morning. Don’t know where it came from or how it got in cuz we never left any doors open.

Winter reprieve

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to prepare our own meals. The proximity to the ocean was very nice. We had a good stay. The only negative during our stay was that there were occupants in the unit above us with 4 children ranging from 2 to teenager and they were running around above us sometimes until 10:30/11:00 at night. We’re not sure we would rent the unit again. We might look for an upper unit to avoid having people romping above us.

Overall good. Loved the lift on the patio to get items up to condo. Furniture not comfortable. Door lock worked, but needs attention or change. Great responses to help with broken outdoor chair. Would reserve again if we could manage the stairs better.

A Great unit for Family Vacation

This is a cute little unit. We found everything to be in good condition considering the age of the property. Be aware of the power recliner that is positioned against the wall. The wall behind it has been damaged by use of the chair. That was the only issue that I had with the unit itself. Easy access to the beach and plenty of outdoor showers. Pool is wonderful, too

Great location

We stayed here for my son’s baseball World Series. It was conveniently located close to the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores sports complex. The condo was clean except a-lot of sand on the floors. I guess that is to be expected. The AC takes about 1.5 days to cool down to a temp below 70. The beds are comfortable. The decor is minimal. There is only one couch so not a lot of seating for a large family. I would stay at this complex again but probably a different unit.

Good Value

Had an overall good experience here at Sea Oats. Upon check-in there was actually a pipe leaking in the hallway from the unit above. On a holiday weekend we had someone there for maintenance within 15-20 minutes and they got the problem taken care of. The common areas, hallway, parking, stairwell, etc are really rough and dingy here. It's definitely a low price building. The walls were very thin and you could hear everyone around and above. The Phoenix type high rise condominiums are very different and offer more privacy and quiet. The beach chair rental places also wouldn't come all the way down to this area. The location and building in general were definitely the negatives here. That being said, the unit itself was well kept and we had a good time in the unit itself. The two bedrooms were in good shape, the living room and kitchen were nice and the balcony was a fun place to hang out. The internet was incredibly slow and we ended up using our Hotspot to stream in the unit. Overall a good value and a good unit. If the location isnt a big deal or if you are looking for a good value, this is a good option.

The floors were not clean. No hard pressure water in the master bathroom shower, icemaker wouldn’t make ice . I had to clean all the dishes before I used them. And they told me that if I didn’t dump the trash , do my part to clean up they would charge me and extra 25. They want to charge you to check in early and if u can’t check out on time they want to charge you. And worse of all I found a bat in my bathroom when I came in one night . And they told me it was common.

Sea Oats Stay

We were pleasantly surprised how large the condo was. It was just as described and the pool is HUGE. We had everything we needed to prepare meals, do laundry and sleep great after long days at the beach. Do leave a note inside the guest book- they are fun to read and give good tips.- side note: you are only 3 hrs from Laurel Miss. to visit the HGTV ‘Hometown’. Great day trip on a weekday!
