There was tennant that had 5 dogs instead of two in the roomnext door. The room smelt old and moley it gave an impression of not being clean. I advised the remote control was missing the back vover to ensure it would not be charged to me as an incidental damage.

Cleaning team needs a refresher

Room lacked proud of maintenance and upkeep. Trash had remained of previous guest, room floor had not been mopped, not even spot mopped , has both area in front of night stands were sticky as in front of fridge. Also the advertised breakfast, feature more of the uncleanliness, coffee was not an option. Could have been a good basic room, if only more focus on room recovery

Paid over $200 a night for a King bed, expected that it would be clean and comfortable. Here’s what I encountered: 1. Towels and washcloths were damp and appeared used with dark smudges. The front desk promptly gave us clean replacements. 2. The Kleenex dispenser was dirty with numerous snot dried handprints. 3. The bathtub drain wouldn’t stay in an open position. I took a shower with a bottle cap from a bottled water lodged underneath it to hold it open. 4. There were dusty spider webs on the ceiling over the vanity lights along with a large spider. 5. The front door was filthy on the inside. 6. The ironing board cover had numerous dark spots on the bottom half. 7. There was a large empty space and there were three screws sticking out of the wall where an armoire had likely been at one point. The only place to hang clothing was on 2 extended hooks on the wall with several hangers provided. 8. The outside grounds were dirty with cigarette butts and litter. The next day I spoke to the front desk about all the issues mentioned above and was asked if I wanted to check out and offered an apology. I promptly explained that I was seeking a resolution. I already knew there were no vacancies anywhere nearby. I was politely told that someone would come to the room and address these issues. Everything was taken care of except for the cobwebs and spider. The bed was comfortable, the AC was cold, water pressure was good and the shower was hot. Staff were courteous and prompt.

Please don’t get rooms here the ac leaks outside of the room, the room is super dirty stains on walls, on towels, on bed linen and pillow cases, hair on the bathroom floor, bathroom dirty dirt on the toilet, room smell like cheap motel Incense. I used a third party company so they would not refund me but it’s ok this review will help someone this place is poorly ran, the glass on the doors going into the hotel is dirty with spots not wiped this place is ran down don’t waste $100 like I did now I am driving 3 hours back home.

The bed sheets had stains on them. The towels and racks had stains on them. The was nets flying everywhere.the walls inside if the room were very dirty.I went with my mom, husband, and 3 kids I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here. And the free breakfast was trash this stay wasn’t worth my money $700.I would never stay there again

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at

Honestly, it was terrible. There were bugs in our room. The floor was disgustingly filthy. I wiped it with a towel and the towel was black. Our socks were black on the bottom. The door wouldn’t close to the bathroom. It had a funny smell to it and the refrigerator was frozen over whenever we got there. It wouldn’t even close. There were guys smoking weed in the parking lot when we pulled up

Everything was great. However, the room my family and I were in really needs a DEEP cleaning. Dust and grit under and behind the bed. Don’t even have to move it to see it. Overall a nice experience.
