"Royal Palms Penthouse 1403 está ubicado en 561 East Beach Boulevard en la hermosa Gulf Shores, Alabama.

¡Tus sueños de vacaciones se han hecho realidad con este increíble ático! Esta impresionante unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños le quitará el aliento. Cada habitación tiene una cómoda cama king size. Una de las suites principales incluso tiene su propio bar y mini nevera (¡son las 5 en punto en alguna parte!). Esta unidad tiene un increíblemente único balcón envolvente de 1000 pies cuadrados con acceso desde la sala de estar, el comedor y cada habitación. ¡Te sentirás como un rey de la realeza en las playas sumergiéndose en todas las vistas y sonidos del Golfo de México! Best view in Gulf Shores

We have stayed in several units at Royal Palms (all of which have been wonderful) but this unit was the best of all! Everything is just as described and pictured, and the views of the beach from the beach facing balcony to the side wrap around were the greatest. The unit itself was spacious and well organized. We felt right at home the minute we walked down the long hallway to the living room. Absolutely wonderful!!!

This is the best condo in the Royal Palms. The balcony is incredible and has comfy furniture. The view is amazing! This condo is the best place to watch the sunrise and moonrise over the water.

Great location, needs some updating

Location was great, about a 10 minute walk to shopping/restaurants. Property management company was easy to communicate with and responsive. Offered “discounted” rates to extend our stay. The Royal Palms had amenities like a heated indoor pool/hot tub which were great for the colder days. If you are planning to use the gym- be advised there is only 1 treadmill and 1 bike. No weight equipment. The outdoor pool does not get much sun, it was shaded most of the day and not heated. The condo itself- very spacious. Plenty of room for our family of five and had great views. The balcony could not be beat! Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/plates etc. Definitely plan to bring your spices as the pantry only has salt and pepper. Unfortunately there were a few things in need of updating. Not necessarily deal breakers but a condo with this price point should come with some standard amenities. For instance, the linens were awful. From bedsheets to towels…all were worn and scratchy. Bedroom carpets were dirty. Our feet were black as soon as we walked on them, even right after a shower. Likely this is just from years of wear and folks tracking in sand, I get it, but pack your slippers! Bedroom tvs had cable only, not a deal breaker, but smart tvs would have been nice. The 2nd bedroom didn’t have blackout curtains which was tough on our teen for 7am sunrises. There wasn’t a broom, we had to borrow one from a friend we traveled with. Overall a good stay!

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time! The weather wasn’t the best but there’s so much to see and do down here, that we stayed busy every day. So many restaurants to chose from and within walking distance. Having the indoor heated pool was an added plus for our grandkids. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and the million dollar views from the balcony can’t be beat!! We will for sure be back!!

Stunning Property

This Penthouse condo unit at the Royal Palms is top notch. Everything is exactly as described and the property management company was great and easy to work with. There isn't a better view from any where else in Gulf Shores. So happy to have stayed here and will book again.

Best view in Gulf Shores

We loved Royal Palms 1403! The living room, dining room, and kitchen area was bigger than other units we have stayed in. Both bedrooms were large with plenty of room as well. The balcony was our favorite part. The views are wonderful and the furniture was very comfortable. We plan to stay here again!

The property management team was extremely helpful and always answered my calls. The views from the condo are just amazing. Spent most of our time on the balcony but the condo itself is very pretty and clean. Will be coming back for another stay.

Gulf Shores 2021

Our family hadn’t been anywhere since before the covid mess. We needed a vacation bad. Royal Palms was perfect. We took our 3 yo grandson along. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for him. The beach access was the best. Our view from the wraparound balcony was beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great location, balcony desperately needs furniture

The selling point of this condo over others in the building was the enormous balcony. We had fantastic views. However, the available furniture was either broken or unusable, with the exception of two Adirondack chairs. The owners need to take advantage of the balcony because it's really the only advantage to this unit. Location was great. We had a quiet beach right next to the state park, so it was not crowded at any time during our stay. We didn't care about being able to walk to other locations in GS.

Wonderful stay

We’ve been staying in this building for the last 6years. We love the location. Being next to the state park gives everyone space to spread out so the beach doesn’t seem as crowded. This is the best condo we have stayed in in the building. It was so clean and had everything we could need. We will definately be staying here again.

Beach paradise

Absolutely amazing on all aspects. Location was a 10 plus - the wrap around terraces made the view of the white sands and national park incredible. The furnishings were all new and spotless. Extremely happy with our stay and all the details of the unit.
