Awesome Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From reservation to departing, this was a good experience. The house was fabulous, and big enough for three generations of family. We truly had a wonderful vacation, with the beach two blocks away and a pool three blocks, we for plenty of swimming and playing in. We also found many attractions close by, amass the best steak I have ever had at Big Mike's. It was a long drive, but well worth it.

We all enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the main TV not working properly that was handled quickly. We would stay here again. We had a party of 11 and everyone had their own space.

Getaway

The house was perfect for our family of 6 and goldendoodles. Each bedroom had an outdoor space which was wonderful to relax in the mornings and evenings. We loved the short walk to the beach and pool. It was a great location and we hated to leave. We only had small issues with the code and door lock But the property manager helped out quickly. We did feel a little stalked by the property manager so That maybe an issue for future stays.

Fantastic choice near the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th year in the area, and the longest-6 weeks-and the first with Coastal. They were the best! No hiccups and no leaving us hanging like another local company. They went above and beyond to be helpful and prompt and responsive. Aurora had tons of space. Plenty of storage and bathrooms for all. 4 decks were great and views from the upper deck were great too. Looking for the alligator in the pond was entertaining. Decorating is lovely. Location and access to the beach is fantastic (and the pool was equally close and nice). Even the ice machine and beverage cooler ended up being a real plus we used all the time. I would highly recommend Coastal and this unit.

Wonderful Family Week at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aurora Del Mar is a great home for an extended family get away. Love that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The poly wood furniture on all the decks is a nice touch. The home is clean and well maintained. A couple of additional chairs in the living room would be welcome.Easy walk to the beach. The community pools are a welcome break from the ocean.Our property manager was attentive and checked in with us multiple times during our stay.

Amazing Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had everything we needed and then some. We had 17 guests stay here for 5 days and needed to cook often. We had almost everything at our disposal to make that happen, and staying there was made great by the accommodations that were provided. Beach access is about as close as you can get, and the water was a pretty clear green as usual. If our family makes it back to that area for a stay, we will specifically seek this house out. Would highly recommend!

You can see the ocean from the deck. Although the water was too rough for two days, all the grandchildren went swimming in the pools. Key lime pies from Sarah’s homemade were delicious. This house has six bedrooms and we filled them all. Coastal view vacations staff are responsive and friendly with our needs.thanks!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family had a wonderful vacation. The house”Aurora Del Mar with 6 bedrooms and 6 baths accommodated our large family. Everyone thought the house was the best we’ve rented. It was large and everyone having their own bath was great. The location is much closer walk to the beach than it appears on the map. And the pool is close too.The property manager was responsive and friendly. The deck had a large picnic table which was much needed for children to enjoy. Also a beverage refrigerator helps with having cold drinks to take to the beach.
