If you're in search of a relaxing beachfront getaway, this penthouse condominium is the perfect choice. Located right on the beach, it offers spectacular views and breathtaking sunsets from an expansive balcony. You won't find a more beautiful place to relax and soak up the sun. Situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, it's within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive from attractions like water parks, the zoo, golf courses, and an outlet mall.

Island Royale, the complex where the condo is located, offers a range of amenities including covered assigned parking, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a new kiddie pool with a mushroom feature, spa, sauna, steam room, two hot tubs, a BBQ area with grills and picnic tables, and a workout area on the 3rd floor.

Inside the condo, you have 1100 sq. ft. of space to enjoy. It features 9' foot ceilings, a full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops, tile flooring, and carpet in the bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed and a full bath with balcony access. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and there's room for two more guests on the sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a TV, as does the living area. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and there's a separate dining area for your convenience.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office directly. You are allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, with a limit of 2 cars.
Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.
