THE SPACE: Enjoy this updated condo nestled right on the beach. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a slider to the balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with both a Keurig and regular coffee makers. For dining, there is room for 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom hosts the stacked washer and dryer. The third bedroom has bunk beds for the little ones. The second bath in the hall features a tub/shower combo. There are smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Please note that the TVs in the unit are Smart TVs. Cable is not included, and guests will need to login to their own streaming/cable services through the TV's many apps. Wi-Fi and cable are complimentary! Keyless entry makes for easy access for the family.

THE PROPERTY: Gulf House has a beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. Charcoal grills and picnic tables are available. Off the elevator, you are located just steps from the pool or beach! Beach service is available in season. YOU ARE BEACHFRONT, so spend your day enjoying the sun and sand! A convenient outdoor shower and hose are provided. Parking is onsite and half of it is covered, so you may park in any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your gear. This unit has a washer and dryer. However, a clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor.
