Great location

The house was a beautiful retreat for my family. It was a short walk to the sand and a block from the pool. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 furbabies. We really enjoyed the back deck and fully equipped kitchen. The property owners/manager communicated well. If we vacation to Fort Morgan again, we will definitely book this home.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed staying here. It is such a wonderful neighborhood right near the beach. It is very quiet. The house was absolutely beautiful inside. Lots of updates.

Great Experience

We had a great vacation staying at this property. The house contained everything we needed. Property mgmt was quick to respond when we had questions. There were kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc., than we expected, which came in handy. Fun house with big front porch and back deck to relax on. The kids loved staying in a bunk bed for the first time. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beachside property

Everything you need for a delightful beach vacation. Excellent neighborhood location and quick access to beach. For those days you want to mix it up you have the beautiful neighborhood pools. We had our pet along and this is a very pet friendly area. The house and kitchen in particular has everything you need for your stay. Back porch is great for relaxing as is the screen porch. It is a 14 mile drive into Gulf Shores so you have access to everything the GS community has to offer. Don’t wait-book today!

Your Attitude will Change!

Changes in Attitude was so easy to book. Everything will emailed to us. Code for door was sent as promised. House has great location; just beside the boardwalk to beach and two house up was the pool. House had great space. The kids loved the screened in porch. There is only two bathroom inside the house with one being in the master bedroom but there is a full bathroom with a shower under the house. The outside shower was great for rinsing the sand off. Nice area up the house to grill and picnic after a day at the beach. Look forward to going back next year with our family.

The location to both the beach and pool are perfect. The house was exactly as described both years. We already have plans on going next year. The customer service/management was fantastic. They were able to get me checked in early this year and even contacted me to make sure everything was going well. I was never given a generic message but spoke with via email, text, and phone to a real person. Overall we were completely satisfied and can’t wait for next year. We did do some fishing from Fort Morgan pier and ate at Sassy Bass both were great.

Nice place

We had a very nice stay. The house was as described with plenty of room for two families and a pet. The home was clean. Given the price I would have liked to see them invest in a few more basic things such as coffee filters, more than 2trash bags (especially ones that don’t rip easily), adequate toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We also thought they should have 1-2 knives that cut well rather than 10 knives that are all dull. As a parent I also would have liked to been able to request a high chair and pack n play. They say you can rent this from a local store but the baby items plus delivery are $70 each. A few more things to make it family friendly would be a simple bucket of sand toys, beach towels, and a baby gate for the back porch. It seemed like they mainly cater to snow birds.

The house was more than enough room and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive. Lost our AC one night and had a repair person out the next morning (on a holiday!). She also kept us updated on other contractors visiting the space so we could be prepared. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!
