Comfortable one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 14th floor of the Phoenix All Suites West Hotel. This suite is located on the east corner of the building offering a broader view of the area.

·         Living area has sofa Queen sleeper.

·         Full-size kitchen has all major appliances.

·         Kiddie-size bunks in the hallway next to the half bathroom.

·         King-size bed on carpet in the master bedroom.

·         Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom.

·         Balcony has amazing Gulf-front view and seats four at the table.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

I spend a lot of time in Gulf Shores and this was by far the best condo that I've stayed in and look forward to my next trip here. The host was very informative and this trip had no issues. I would recommend this condo over all of the others that I've stayed in over the past 10 years. Can't say enough good things about it.

The room was clean and offered a nice view. But the furnishings were dated, tired, and the “white printed” chair was worn and stained. Hooks on the bathroom wall would have been helpful, and the bedside lamp in the bedroom was not working.

House keeping not greatest

We had to exchange our towels every day. House keeping only came 1 time to gather trash. After we waited for clean towels. Was told by front desk to take to laundry for them to exchange 14 floors down! Then the next day waited all day for them to come they skipped our room! So again i go down 14 floors with all my towels to exchange for fresh ones. We did use our towels more than once. We always shower after the beach and before bed. Our room was not touched and we stayed 3 nights!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Only 2 elevators for 16 floors was underwhelming. Not to mention one if those was out for one day of our trip.For the price we prayed we were disappointed upon arrival.
