Description: Relax and unwind in this recently renovated, quiet, and elegant accommodation in the south of Tenerife, in the Varadero area, just a 10-minute walk from Playa de la Arena and the Punta Blanca Promenade. Enjoy views of Mount Teide from the living room window and a spacious terrace overlooking the complex's gardens and the sea. The apartment is newly renovated, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a communal seawater pool, and a fully equipped kitchen with an osmosis system. The Accommodation The 70m2 apartment, plus an entrance terrace at the front (the apartment is on one of the corners of the building) and another terrace at the back... all on the same floor. It consists of: A terrace before entering the home, where we can use a shower to rinse the sand off our feet when coming from the beach (please avoid washing off beach sand in the home's interior bathrooms to avoid damaging the drainpipes). Additionally, here we find a two-section, four-door cabinet. In the right-hand section, we have a free storage area and packets of descaling salt for the dishwasher. In the left-hand section, we find the bins for selective waste separation (paper and cardboard, plastic and cartons, cans, glass). There is also a metal cabinet containing everything related to cleaning, toiletries, and ironing products and accessories. The 100L Ariston electric water heater with an eco function is also included. Finally, there is a cabinet with a sink for rinsing swimsuits, a washing machine, a freezer, a laundry bin, and a clothesline. Upon entering the home, the first thing we see is an entrance hallway lit by a baseboard profile and LED light strips on both sides.
Near the entrance, a fully equipped secondary bathroom with a rain shower and a shower head, a window overlooking the entrance terrace.
Two fully equipped bedrooms with white wooden built-in wardrobes. Spacious and minimalist. Bamboo nightstands. Elegant woven wicker lamps with warm, relaxing 2700k LED light. Both bedrooms enjoy natural light. The master bedroom has a 150x200x30 cm double bed with access to the rear terrace and views of the gardens and palm trees. The secondary bedroom, near the apartment entrance and with a large, elongated window halfway along the wall overlooking the entrance terrace, has two 90x200x26 cm beds with the same style of wardrobe, lamps, and lighting as the master bedroom.
A kitchen with a peninsula and Balay appliances: integrated and smart. A functional, fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful and elegant imitation travertine stone countertop blends beautifully with the earthy color of the home's ceramic flooring and the decorative hydraulic tiles in blue and earth tones. The peninsula houses the folding dining table suitable for 4-6 people. Views of Mount Teide.
A spacious and bright living room with two large windows, one overlooking the mountain and Mount Teide, and the other overlooking the garden terrace. It features a pastel green sofa and armchair. A Philips TV is mounted on the wall, offering channels in several languages. Warm 2700k LED lighting. A double set of curtains: translucent and opaque, transform the atmosphere and convey a cozy, calming, and relaxing atmosphere.
The master bathroom features a window above the door that allows natural light and ventilation. A beautiful LED light reflects the beauty of scale mosaics in various gradient pastel colors above the 150cm bathtub. This bathroom contains a double sink and a shower (as in the secondary bathroom). In this bathroom, you'll find the first aid kit. In both bathrooms, the ceiling spotlights have a dual intensity function (soft and bright): one click on the switch = soft light. Two clicks on the switch = bright light. Both bathrooms have a mirror.
Then there's a spacious 16m2 rear terrace, where you can enjoy views of a beautiful palm tree garden, Mount Teide (on the left), and the Atlantic Ocean (on the right). On this terrace, you'll find a very comfortable patio furniture set and a glass table where we're sure you'll enjoy memorable evenings.
The home has a security system from the company "Securitas Direct," connected to the security company's switchboard and 24-hour police surveillance. The two cameras in the upper corner of the kitchen will only be activated if the alarm is triggered.

Première fois à Tenerife au top
Logement calme, neuf et bien entretenu, avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Les hôtes sont supers et a l'écoute.
Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et vivant a la fois, les magnifiques falaises los gigantes a moins de 10kms. La plage la arena est super et des piscines naturelles se trouvent à quelques minutes a pieds ou en voiture du logement.
Pour les personnes n'aimant pas les lieux bien touristiques mais qui veulent etre dans un coin sympa et non loin des points à visiter c'est ici qu'il faut loger !
