The property was beautiful. Our meals at all of the reservation restaurants were delicious. Many friendly staff members. The start of the week not so much. Definitely improved. Not sure why?? Jamaica hurricane disruption?? The room was nice but hardly spotless. Towels and trash were taken care of, nothing special.

Too far from the airport The room we booked (oceanfront) is facing public street, very noisy, loud music from cars and blocked by a lot of palm trees. We DID NOT get the room that we paid for and we paid a lot of money for the room!!!

The property was beautiful! Everyone who worked there was super nice. The food was spectacular! Unfortunately, we did get harassed a little bit on the beach from the locals. The drive from the airport to the resort was rough! Very curvy. Besides that, we had a great trip!

Was not very happy people weren’t as nice as i expected food was horrible hotels outdated paid for a oceanfront view and the ocean view that I got was looking at the street and the ocean was across the street barely played music by the pool their main focus was trivia and bingo.. was told I wasn’t allowed in one of the restaurants because I wasn’t wearing a collared shirt then next morning went to breakfast and they wouldn’t let us in because my gf was wearing a bathing suit without a cover-up on top, which I don’t get because we’re on a beach resort for all the money that I spent was very disappointed

This resort is amazing! The staff are fabulous (Maryann from the gift shop and Glenda from the Sandals Travel Booking were 2 of our favorites). They go above and beyond, they make conversation with you as if you’re family. The resort is clean, the food is pretty good, the views are astounding. We will definitely be going back!

Best vacation property for romantic trip, lots of restaurants to choose from. Always great food and drinks. Staff is super friendly and want to help make sure you have a great day. Highly recommend this place.. just put your wallet in the safe when you get there because you won’t need it til you leave as everything is included !
