Emplacement idéal à 50m de la plage dans une résidence sécurisée
Ce rez de jardin est très propre et fonctionnel, super bien placé à proximité de la plage. Tout est en très bon état. Toute petite épicerie à 5mn de vélo. Grand géant Casino à 10mn en voiture. 2 ventilateurs et une douche de jardin très appréciés par les grosses chaleurs. Equipé de moustiquaires, ce qui est important car la proximité des canaux attire les moustiques... Petit bémol sur la literie des lits superposés, qui est trop fine. Attention, vous devez tout apporter pour vos produit pour votre entretien, éponges comprises.
