My stay was 1/31 thru 2/2. The HOTEL is great, the staff is very nice. My problem was, it’s nearly impossible to FIND the place! GPS sends me to roads that are closed for construction. As an alternative, GPS suggests the OTHER end of the same road - also closed. I got there after dark, and my only option was to drive around blindly for an hour until I randomly hit the right path. This turned out to be an unlit, unlikely looking narrow avenue into the woods that looked like I might be trespassing in somebody’s driveway. They could have solved all this with clear signage, but there was none!

The hotel itself is beautiful. It truly feels like a boutique hotel. The restaurant has delicious food and the vibe is upscale and cozy. The rooms are very modern and stylish as well as CLEAN and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and I appreciated that as well. Each and every staff member was not only helpful but kind. The spa is amazing as well. It is rare for me to give a 10/10 but I have zero complaints!

Best Birthday Retreat
This was my Birthday Retreat Stay. I enjoyed the comfort, complimentary breakfast each morning, and warming fireplace. The cleanliness was stellar. Everything I needed was on-premise, I love dining at the Patterson. Hotel Hartness will be my quiet escape when I need to reset, refresh, and renew. I cannot wait to see the premises in the spring.
