I was not pleased at all with my stay here. My family and I was disheartened when we had to witness how unsafe and unclean the rooms were. When we checked in we were given a room someone was already checked into. We witnessed another customer walking out of “our” room as we were going to settle in. The room we had received after the incident was no better. There were ants, gnats, and other bugs in our room . I will not be staying here again or recommending anyone to stay here. I want a refund for my stay and the hardship I had to endure.

Poor hotel in need of maintenance

Bathroom shower corners had mold, and calking was bad. Door safety lock screws were out like it was broken into. piece of flooring was coming loose. door to refrigerator was in very bad condition. Bed made strange noise every time you moved. Breakfast was minimal, eggs ran out and they did not refill at 8:30. Pool was out of service for the whole summer. Should not list pool in the listing.

It was ok. It did what it needed to do. We were barely in the room. The pool is not open at all. The rooom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The staff is nice though.

There appeared to be a bathroom fan, but it didn't work. The floors were sticky and dirty. The rest of the room was clean. We had trouble with the tv, but a staff member came in and got it working correctly. It took about 10 minutes, but they got it back online. All of the staff members were very polite and helpful.
