The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. This was my third stay. The room upgrade was a nice surprise! My fourth floor room was clean, smelled good and a comfortable temperature. I do recommend maintenance address the blown light bulb under the microwave, the slow tub drain and missing recliner handle. Otherwise my stay was a good one!

Staff was very friendly. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes, toilet had ring in it and everything in the room felt old and dirty. But they gave us a welcome bag full of snacks and everyone we talked to who worked there could not have been any nicer or more polite.

Great staff but some problems with the stay

The room smelled like it was masking cigarette smoke, there was a roach in the bathroom and you can hear every word coming from the other rooms. Sorry to be so harsh! However, the staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The bed linens and bathroom toiletries were great.

The constant noise of screaming and beating on the walls by kids was intolerable,and unbearable at 1,2,3,in the morning, the staff however was excellent
