This traditional holiday villa is conveniently situated directly on the road leading to the nearby village and close to local amenities. The property is light and spacious, offering comfortable accommodation and beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing. A highlight of the villa is the pool house with its summer kitchen and electric barbecue, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining on balmy evenings. The swimming pool measures 10 m x 5 m and is up to 1.80 m deep. It is secured by an alarm system and there are six sun loungers and a parasol. The nearby village of Graveson is a typical Provençal village with a small grocery shop, a few cafés and a market on Fridays. Let yourself be enchanted by this charming holiday home. Please note that the staircase in the villa has a handrail on one side only, leaving the other side unprotected. Particular care should be taken with young children.
