The View

The house was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular and the nights were great. The only downside is there is a lot of other houses being built on the same road so you listened to construction trucks and bulldozers everyday.

The inside was nice and the view was great. It would have been nice to know that this house really wasn’t finished on the outside and that the area was under a lot of construction.

My son and I fell in love with this beautiful home. It had superb andmodern amenities. All the appliances you could ask for. The beds were super comfy and we loved the recliners on the upper level and the big modern TV on the lower level!! We are already planning to come back next year! Beautiful Mountain Vacation

We stayed in this fantastic mountain home for a week and had the most wonderful time. The home is just as promised — a beautiful, rustic lodge-y mountain home with contemporary amenities. The views … yeah, they’re even better than the photos show. Just … wow!The hosts/owners provide EVERYTHING from plentiful towels and toiletry items to every kitchen and cookware item you could possibly need. They are also extremely attentive and responsive. We had questions about two very small things — a tv remote and the fireplace — and they took care of both issues quickly, ensuring our vacation was not disrupted even for a minor issue. If you’re looking for a mountain getaway that surrounds you with beauty while providing close proximity to skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing/hiking, Rocky Mountain National Park, and more … stop looking and book this place. You won’t be sorry.

Gorgeous Grand Lake Get Away

The view of Lake Grandby from this house is SPECTACULAR! Unfortunately for us, it rained much of the time we were there, but when it did clear we had amazing views! At night when the sky was clear, we were in awe of the starry host above us and the view of the Milky Way in the dark night sky! Our family of six joined two friends for a RMNP weekend. The house was super cozy (loved the fireplace!) and quite spacious for all of us. The front and back decks allowed for wildlife viewing (we saw elk and fox on th property), star gazing and commanding views of Lake Grandby. The kitchen was great to cook in and they have plenty of niceties if you have little children (step stools in bathroom, little table and chairs, high chair, etc.) The pictures are accurate, it is a very nice house! The location is not far from Grand Lake or the town of Grandby...lots of possibilities for hikes, drives, boating, etc. Overall it was very clean BUT the upstairs master bathroom floor and shower stall floor had been overlooked and not cleaned well from the prior guest...guess the cleaning staff was in a hurry. We would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This house was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. Well appointed with modern appliances and fixtures. Gas stove. Huge fridge. Large open plan upper floor plus large downstairs family room with bar makes this house a great fit for the 9 it can sleep. Owners are wonderful to rent from. Oh yeah, let's talk about the elevated view of the lake and mountains. Gorgeous.
