The hotel looks a lot nicer in the photos online than it does in person. Area around hotel was not very dog friendly for the pet fee charged.

Az Get Away

It was a comfortable. My expectations were highly exceeded. I thought the motel would be run down but it was very nice! It seemed like it was remodeled recently. And great pricing for a stay for 3 nights. Pool was closed because it was cold and out doors. Beds were roomy. The only thing I didn’t like was the firmness of the beds. But my bed at home is a soft top. Didn’t seem to be on a sketchy location. Pretty quiet for the most part. Until some family checked in upstairs late at night and there was a lot of noise. But they settled down quickly and we checked out the next morning at 9am I believe. There is a laundry room onsite which was very convenient. You get 75 mins on the dryer for $2. Our clothes came out dry when they were done after loading two loads in one dryer with towels!

Great customer service!

We were pleased with our accommodations and super thankful for the good customer service we received. After a 6-hour Amtrak delay for our arrival, we finally rolled in shortly after 2AM. The gentleman at the check-in desk was polite & friendly and even helped carry our luggage up the hill, up the stairs and to our room…so helpful considering the exhaustion we were feeling!
