Our quaint A-frame is in a quiet neighborhood along the lake. It is newly renovated with cozy contemporary decor inspired by Texas’s natural beauty. The house and yard are kid and dog-friendly: there are 2 fenced in areas with and without canal access in case you want to keep anyone out of the water. Mature trees and a new covered patio provide plenty of shade for a hot day, or you can soak up the sun on the waterside seawall.

A few things were broken, toilet paper holder, a hook fell off the wall. Beds were uncomfortable. One of the mattress covers had a hole in it that I saw when we stripped the beds. Also saw a mouse dropping.

Such a wonderful visit to Granbury! The house was adorable and the owners were very friendly. We really enjoyed kayaking and swimming during our visit. Being able to access the public boat dock to put a jet-ski in the water was very convenient also. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The fenced yard for our pets was awesome too. We will definitely be back.

Wrapped up our road trip relaxing on the lake. We fished, thw kiddos enjoyed kayaking. There was plenty of room inside and we were able to relax inside and out.

The property was not as pictured. It had a very displeasing odor upon entering and the top of the stairs smelt like poop. The bath towels had holes. The side table down stairs was dirty and the floors were not clean.

Relaxing Getaway

We wanted a place to take our fur babies and relax and that is just what we did. The fencing was a huge plus for us. The area to lounge around the canal was peaceful and the geese came by to check us out. One warning, don’t forget the bug repellent. There were a few negative things that we encountered and made the host aware of so the next guest won’t have the same experience. All in all it was worth it to us.

Peaceful getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our annual getaway to Granbury to celebrate our anniversary. Property was spotless and just as pictured. We also brought our fur baby who loved running around in the yard. Very quiet neighborhood and just short drive to restaurants. Communication was great! Would definitely recommend.

So comfortable and accommodating!

Lots of room inside and out. The full kitchen WITH a sitting table so the kiddos don’t have an excuse for taking food upstairs or in the living area. That’s a rare thing for cabins. The beds were perfect. Just firm enough and very cozy. We like to sleep with it on the cool side and the ac was strong. The washer/dryer combo is the coup de grace!

It was a cute and comfortable house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The yard was quite large, perfect for our dog. The house was in a good location, close to the river and a quiet neighborhood. Owners were very responsive during our stay!!

Fun, Dog-friendly House

We had a wonderful stay at this property. So many perks - a cupboard full of fun games, the kayaks and the canal, the fenced in yard for our dogs, and fluffy towels and pillows. The location was great - about 30 minutes from Dino Valley State Park and close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The hosts were helpful and always quick to respond to my questions!

Cabin was good except for stairs for older person was a little difficult. All furnishing was amble except there were no washcloths for bathing. Cabin was clean living room had ample space to enjoy each other and plenty of games for entertainment. View was peaceful. Enjoyed our stay.

A Frame House

This property was very well situated to all the activities, grocery stores & restaurants near Grandbury without being in the hustle & bustle of in town congestion. We had six people stay comfortably, but probably could fit one or two more without feeling crowded. The property is exactly as pictured. If you forget anything don't worry, they have you covered! Overall, we were very satisfied staying here & would recommend it highly!
