Perfecto on all counts

Overall an excellent stay from the moment I checked in to when I left. The room I had was newly renovated, quite large, well laid out, eco friendly (although a recycling bin would have been good) and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower (controls) the best and easiest to use. A small Juliet type balcony was a really nice addition. I was offered daily breakfast at a promotional price and the buffet was good and very adequate. The staff at the hotel were all excellent but special mention of Alberto who was very thorough, friendly and professional and Alexander on the front desk who assisted with a dinner reservation. Staff at breakfast were all very good. The hotel is very well located and close to a lot of things. Would I stay here again… ABSOLUTELY

We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly & helpful. It was nice to have a double door, which helped keep the noise of those in the hall. We can walk to main attractions. Great restaurants around. Oh and breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! I would stay here again!

The distribution of the room has uncomfortable. It had an indoor balcony with a tree wallpaper, really it just wasn’t pretty. I would have rather have that space incorporated into the room. Other than that it was good.

Clean and safe, close to restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the Alhambra. Only negatives were lack of a shower stall and there was no safe in my room. Luckily staff gave me access to a lobby safe.
