The stay was perfect from start to finish. Thd staff were exemplary and the ambience of the hotel was perfect. Room and bed were comfortable and had all the necessary facilities. A big shout out to Claudia, as she responded quickly to our emails and, as we were there for our 42nd wedding anniversary, was surprised when a complimentary bottle of Cava arrived at our room. A fantastic, truly appreciated gift.

Vincchi Hotel, Granada

Overall nice boutique hotel in Central Granada in walking distance to all sights. Did not eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. Quiet room even it was facing the street. Pleasant neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bistros. Cons: parking was ot available, had to ise public parking garage a mile away. No help in getting luggage cart / loading luggage and help bringing to room A 4- star hotel should have that concierge service. Otherwise nice hotel, i'll recommend for biz or vacay travel with reasonable rates. A good deal.

Excellent hotel to stay in Granada, would not hesitate staying here in the future. Didnt dine in the restaurant but it all looked very fresh and made with care. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nuestra estancia en el Vinci Albaycín fue excelente y lo recomiendo sin dudarlo. Su ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todas las atracciones principales de Granada. Está a un paso del encantador barrio del Albaicín, cerca de la Alhambra, y rodeado de opciones comerciales, incluyendo un Corte Inglés a escasos metros donde puedes hacer tus compras cómodamente. El desayuno que sirven es excelente, con opciones deliciosas que nos permitieron comenzar cada día con energía. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, bien cuidadas y con mucho encanto. Pero lo mejor de todo fue la atención del staff, quienes fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, asegurándose de que nuestra experiencia fuera inmejorable.

This was a great location walking distance to many restaurants, markets, cathedral, etc. the hotel was very clean and shower warm and nice. The staff weren’t very helpful with recommendations or information, but friendly. Breakfast was good and nice place to sit and start the day.

Well located hotel close to central Granada with convenient parking. Breakfast was good but not up to other places we stayed at in Spain. Service was generally ok but disappointing response on room service which was not available in evening until 8p. This information not on room service menu so after many unanswered phone calls to kitchen we had to find out from front desk.
