"Amenities not as described. No laundry and no airport shuttle. Those were the two we were concerned about as we have mobility problems and were needing laundry to wash clothes for our cruise after our stay in grado .although there also was no restaurant or room service etc .At checkout were told ..."

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"
