Bad odor coming from master bedroom area where the washer and dryer are located. It smelled like sewage. The smell was so bad, that we didn’t sleep or go into the master bedroom if we didn’t have to. The master bedroom restroom toilet stopped flushing correctly.When you flushed, the water would rise up and would not flush down and the toilets were not clogged with tp or anything else.They just wouldn’t flush correctly.They also had a toilet and a shower in the laundry room that was located right next to the other master bedroom bathroom where the smell was coming from and that toilet didn’t flush either. They were both making a bubbling noise as if something was wrong with the pipes. I reached out via text to the host and they said they were going to send someone out and they never did. I reached out to them several times to follow up to see if someone was going to address the situation or contact me and they stopped responding.After my 3 day stay my family and I checked out on a Monday. That is when they said they came and could find the odor and the plumbing was in working order. They also mentioned that the smell could have been coming because it was raining. I sent plenty of messages and still continue to do so, but they will not accept any ownership. They stopped communicating and did not follow through with sending someone over to assess the situation. The host is AdvantStay which appears to be a corporate property manager and are not local to the area. Not a good stay.
