The view from our balcony was awesome. We were on the 44th floor, hardly any street noise, at all. It was actually a small apartment, plenty of room, and, the beds were really comfortable. The only downside, was the key p/up, drop off. Walking to a small hole in the wall( box) to get/ drop off keys. The Hilton staff did not want to offer much help, as we were residentional guests, not actually Hilton guests. Apart from that, it was an awesome experience.

Fantastic location and awesome view! Loved sitting on the balcony and also the views from the bedrooms. Didn’t have to move the car because everything was within walking distance or accessible by tram. Would highly recommend.

This property is in the heart of surfers paradise. The apartment is very clean and it has a beautiful sea view. It has accessible parking it’s well equipped with a washer, dryer and a full kitchen. We weren’t told that the apartment was part of the Hilton residence and is therefore accessible from the Hilton foyer so we had trouble finding it on the day. Due to that face we also had accessibility to all the Hilton amenities such as the pools and gym. Great place to stay for families.

The leather couch Peeling off and dirty, it had it. the carpet is old and looks dirty, same as the towels and bedsheets . On the positive side, great apartment layout, beautiful sea view , great location

Making a list of issues with the apartment. 1. Terrible smell, which we think is due to the carpet, possibly the stains and tears 2. Walls are shabby, need stopping and painting 3. Oven doesn’t work 4. TV in main bedroom doesn’t work, but was fixed during our stay 5. Missing wall point covers in living area

Close to everything and only a walking distance to Surfers Paradise beach. Parking was very convenient. Communication with HRSP was not the greatest, however, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nightmare stay

If you are going with family and you are a person of color, don’t ever do the mistake of picking up this property especially during schoolies, where you are guaranteed to be harassed. They shouldn’t open up this hotel for families during schoolies time

Excellent apartment. Big, ocean views, own washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms. Easy walk to everywhere, 1 block from the tram stop. We’ll be back!

The place is right in the heart of Surfers, only an elevator to Ground and you walk out of the Hilton site and you’re already on Cavill so prime location! The apartment was tidy and spacious and loved that the bedrooms were not next to eachother. I will add though while tidy, the apartment does feels quite dated. Overall, stay was good but one issue was we found a cockroach outside on the balcony, didn’t think too much of it since we never saw anything inside. It turned into a few crawling around at night though still on the balcony only. We were worried they’d come inside so we had to keep the sliding doors closed most times even though we wanted to enjoy the sea breeze being 19 floors up. Aside from this; no other major issues, parking easy, access easy, neighbours lovely. So thank you!

Very disappointed to see holes in the carpet along with only providing 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 small cake of soap Good location but work needs to be done to bring apartment up to standard and for the price you pay it needs to include toiletries!!!

Top location, top view

Amazing views. Quality apartment. The location could get a bit noisy/busy in high season as it’s right in the middle of Surfers Paradise. We were there during the working week and it wasn’t an issue. Depending on age/preferences that can be a positive or negative.
