Lifts in north tower were all broken apart from one. Waited 45 minutes at 5pm on a Friday afternoon to try get to our room, ended up leaving and coming back later. Lift wait times throughout stay were lengthy as not all lifts were in working order 25 minutes to get off our floor in a lift during departure

it was amazing !!! the location is lovely, no more than a 5 minute walk to everything! the staff is so nice and friendly, always there to help out if you need them. so many facilities available, and the breathtaking view as well. it was the loveliest hotel experience i’ve ever gotten, worth every cent. everything is accessible, the room’s clean, the area around is also very clean, views and facilities are to die for. you will not regret!

Mostly a good experience Positives - Location was good for our day trips - Good facilities available (Pool, Spa, Gym) - Friendly/informative Daytime reception staff Negatives/Inconvenience - Exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn't working - Faulty/false alarm with the fire alarm system for two consecutive days (*4:35am 1st day and *8:30pm 2nd day) we weren't the only room walking down 35 flights of stairs for a "false alarm"
