Terrible process - only found out booking was declined when we were already on our way. Booking was declined at 7:30am. I had been messaging since 6am, but it was only after me calling for 2hours for gold coast luxury to finally answer my calls (by pretending to be an owner) to be told no booking at 1pm. Check in was 2pm. We were already on the road. Stayz customer support is just as bad. Only took my calls when following the owners prompts. Will never use stayz again.
