Property location was excellent, facilities very good, drinks very expensive and adding the public holiday surcharge made for a very expensive four days at the start of our trip. Room was good however there was only one chair for sitting in the room and the bed sagged massively. Cleaners took four days the clean the toilet properly. Also $20 per day to park our car on the property seemed excessive. Otherwise we had a good stay.

Ething was lovely just car parking is not logical ,, the validation system is poorly and confusing ,, other guests spoken too felt the same. We shouldn’t have to do that with the tickets , inconvenience and time consuming and shouldn’t have to pay we are paying to stay there and that’s unfair.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. Although it claims it’s a beachfront hotel, it is definitely not. I was not expecting to be right in the beach so it worked for me but it is a bit misleading. The hotel is very nice and convenient to transport and dining. Our room was very clean and staff was very accommodating. Parking was also easy however the staff didn’t tell me that in order to receive the $20 parking rate I needed to have my ticket validated. I ended up paying $35 per night. It was corrected and credited back to me but I feel it’s something that should be made clear at check in. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Clean, modern hotel near the casino. Rooms are good. The pool area is great. Parking is in the casino car park do a bit of a walk. Not that close to the beach. Not so good for business trips as no desk in room which made it difficult.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there wasn’t internet connection through “The Star” as instructed on the hotel information paper. I went out for dinner and came back to hotel at around 9pm and stopped by the front desk. There were 2 women gossiping with each other at reception. When I showed up, they had to reluctantly stop their chat and turned around with her angry face indicating me disrupting their conversation. After I mentioned of the internet connection issue, she just abruptly said she couldn’t do anything about it and they all just use The Star free internet….A four star hotel doesn’t have a stable internet, which is shocking and I have never experienced this issue in any other hotel. I was about to go back to my room but realised I forgot to ask something else. When I turned my back, I saw these 2 women looking at me with scornful facial expressions. As soon as I turned facing them, they quickly changed to the awkward smiling faces. What a horrible service! Unprofessional and terrible service worth of 0 cent of my money.
