Is a very nice hotel. Definitely an older one but is well kept up. The location was fabulous. It’s diagonal to the Gravensteen castle. Very short, walk to canals and all the eatery places as well as tourist attractions. Check in staff were extremely helpful.

The location cannot be faulted. However the room we were allocated was not of the standard we expected. No mirror in the room, other than the one in the bathroom (which you could not get close too). Very tight space around the bed. Towels were of poor quality. Considering what we paid we expected better quality overall.

The hotel was located a short walk from the castle on a pretty cobbled street with shops and restaurants typical of Ghent. The bed was really comfortable, the room spacious and the bathroom well appointed with a good shower. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and a good continental breakfast was provided.

It was ok. Had a very bad first night of sleep as the radiator was making noises throughout the night. It woke me up a few times so I have decided to turn it off the next night. The room was small and outdated but the location excellent.

Uncomfortable bed which was 2 singles pushed together that slipped apart in the middle, also bathroom smells of sewage the entire time so had to keep the door shut.

Lovely property, nicely decorated. Clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a standard quadruple room. Plenty of room, nice clean bathroom. Good breakfast choice, loved the pastries and the fruit was very nice. Near to the castle. Was very happy.
