The hotel was in an excellent location. The staff were great and very helpful. One thing I would like to add to this review is that it would be more convenient for guests if there were some drawers and more room to put the luggage so that we don’t have to walk over them when at the room. Otherwise everything else was great. Can comment on breakfast as we didn’t eat at the hotel.

Great location to centre and tram / bus. Clean & friendly hotel. Air con on room. Complimentary water / tea / coffee / hot chocolate available in reception. Pin code to enter your room, no need to worry about carrying key card.

Average hotel in good location

Great location close to the centre of Ghent. Comfortable, basic room. Breakfast not so great, arrived at 09.00 for a 10.00 breakfast finish and very little was restocked. No bacon or sausages left and eventually no bread. Many unhappy breakfast arrivals from 09.30! Would not bother paying for breakfast again. Hotel was not that cheap so would probably look for alternatives that are a similar price but a little less basic eg tea and coffee making facilities in every room.

Friendly, efficient, spacious and central

Friendly welcome. Efficient and simple. Quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. We travelled as a family of four, and had a lot of space in our room. The central location meant everything was easily walkable. We parked at Interparking Gent - Centre one street away.

This hotel is right in the centre of the shoping area of Ghent. It is one block away from the catherdral and very conveniently located for public transport, despite being in the pedestrianised area. The local area had many nationalities food restraurents with Lebanese, Thai, French, Belgian and Italian all within a couple of minutes walk along with fast food outlets and snack shops selling traditional waffle and other such food.
