Staff was rude and slow. Was overgrown with weeds. The only thing worth eating for breakfast was the bagels or waffles. You made yourself and entered our room with a broken window.

Yall… this is gonna be lengthy! The property was hard to even find as it’s not well lit- looks like something from a horror movie. Parking is on the side of building with NO lighting & you have to walk through a giant bush to get to the front. The grounds were “maintained” but it looks abandoned. The inside of the place smelled like mold & must and was just generally unclean. Stains on the walls, stains on the white towels, the doors had handprints… the windows weren’t stained or tinted & we were on the first floor so we had to keep the curtains closed the entire time. The carpets were all rippled and actually caused me to trip several times- let’s not even talk about the RAMP???? Why is there a Tony Hawks pro skater ramp to get to the hallways with the rooms? Why is it so steep?? The freaking door to the room didn’t even close properly- it was ajar the whole time. We checked the other nearby rooms & they also were not closed properly. We tried to search for another hotel but nothing is even remotely nearby in this area. I wouldn’t have even requested a refund that’s how grossed out we were. There was hair on and inside the pillow cases- the towels had stains- everything felt and smelled unclean and unkept. If you’re hungry or thirsty- forget about it because theres nothing available The employee was nice but there was only 1 guy at the desk, creating long check in times. The older man I assume is the father/grandfather lurks about and stares at you which is very creepy.

The room was clean, the temperature controls worked well (although the print was so small it was difficult to read), and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was nice and the lady there was very helpful. What I did not like was the difficulty for someone using a walker to navigate the hallway. There was a rather steep incline/decline with a loose handrail that was dangerous. It looked like there were stairs that had been converted to a ramp but the angle was so severe that anyone in a wheelchair or walker would be at risk using it.

They are definitely in need of some upgrades. The rug on the second floor, definitely has issues. The front desk was not attended on Sunday or Monday. To get extra towels we had to go to the front desk to get them. Our room wasnt cleaned at all on Sunday, we had to call and ask someone to come get the garbage and wet towels. Thought about going swimming but the pool had a nasty layer of film on it.

Excellent breakfast, room updated. But the doors, windows and hall carpets needed replacing. Our lock had been torn off, bathroom door looked like someone had chewed it. Hall, entrance area and outside needed TLC bad. Looks old, but rooms updated. To use the hair dryer you unplug the fridge, just remember to plug it back in.

Property was in a good.location. it was older and a bit worn in places. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and smelled good. Loved the pool and access from our room. This property seems to lack in staff. The front desk was frequently unattended, which caused long lines for guests. As soon as I walked in, I saw another irate guest speaking with the front desk about the uncleanliness of her room, showing dirt and dust all over the A/C unit in the room and mold on the ceilings. The ceilings throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms and bathrooms were drop ceilings. Many of the rooms were facing the pool in the center courtyard which was very noisy. There was also poor ventilation in the entire hotel, which made it very stuffy, humid, and smelly. I only stayed for 1 night for an event in the adjacent Allstar Event Complex, so it was tolerable, but there's much nicer hotels about 15min into town. This is one case where convenience doesn't equal ease and comfort.

Room 141 looks like it hasn't been dusted for a few days. Room was not the cleanest. Long hair in the mini fridge, toilet paper had a few sheets left on it, found a corn flake under the bed, not all the outlets work nor the USB chargers. Furnishings had nicks in the wood. Found a few different names on the bathroom products as well as 2 different keycards. Walls need cleaning. Bathroom door only closes if you lift it up by the handle because the top hinge needs replacement. Ceiling They tiles did not all match. You have a pay per cup of coffee machine in the lobby. No alarm clock or any clock in the room. When I checked in a few people in front of me were complaining because they said the rooms they received were supposed to be updated rooms, they are halfway and my room is one of them. New floors but not much more. I have pictures. I would not stay again.
