Very good hotel, I would have said excellent if the breakfast were a little better. In general, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again. Not close to the train station but super convenient if one wants to walk around the center of the city or go down the port area.

This hotel is in a fantastic location for walking around the historic old town of Genoa! The Piazza di Ferrari is amazing with beautiful buildings and great restaurants. The hotel was quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious!

Overall a great location in old Genoa with almost everything in walking distance or close to public transportation. The hotel is a little on the older side with some minor housekeeping issues and room condition. The room was fine but it could have used more closet space. The bathroom itself was very small and not enough counterspace. The staff overall were very welcoming and polite at all times.

We absolutely loved our stay and were immensely grateful the lovely and very professional staff both accommodated and put up with us. Our room was beautiful. We had a fabulous view of the plaza below and stunning surroundings. The breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious. The staff helped us many times as these were our first days ever in Italy. Highly recommend!

The breakfast and the rooms were clean and nice. There is no elevator to enter the hotel, which is an inconvenience with luggage.

Check in was quick, didn’t enjoy the fact that my key was constantly having to be handed in when leaving the property it felt a bit invasive in terms of being watched on my whereabouts. Rooms are not sound proof. It was my birthday and most hotels give bottle of wine or something nice in room I had informed before but I didn’t get anything. I did remind them so they gave a glass of wine after I mentioned it. Good location and breakfast was simple and sufficient. I requested a later checkout and it was agreed for 1pm however the next day by 1145 I was receiving phone calls to vacate the room sadly the handover hadn’t been done between night and morning staff. Minibar rates were quite decent nothing to crazy compared to other hotels. Need a few tweaks to be ironed out especially regarding room keys, I enjoy just walking in and out of hotels in privacy.

At walking distance from the De Ferrari metro station, from where you can easily get the trains to Cinqueterre, Milan, etc. Good option for those taking a cruise at the Genoa port.
