The Space

The approximately 75-square-meter apartment is located on the lower first floor of a residential complex (you need to go down one flight of stairs). The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows, which not only make the space very bright but also provide access to a very spacious outdoor area.



The interior is laid out as follows:

LIVING AREA with a double sofa bed and dining area;

KITCHENETTE equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe;

BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds

BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.

PRIVATE PATIO furnished with a table, chairs, and two lounge chairs;



Condominium pool available to guests (may be used from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., from June through October; please avoid making noise that disturbs others between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and after 8 p.m.)



PRIVATE PARKING: outdoor parking spaces in the building’s courtyard (unassigned) and a garage (5 x 2.80 m)

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.



N.B.: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.
