We had a pleasant last-minute stay at this establishment on Thanksgiving evening. Check-in was easy (not always the case with a third party reservation), staff was friendly, parking free, room spacious. Buildings are on the older side, but they have been renovated at some point. Beds were comfortable and building quiet. Location can't be beat--central to the strip and so nice to just easily walk everywhere instead of getting into a car to fight traffic and parking lots. Only negative was breakfast was heavy on carbs and zero meat on the menu, which is a shocker for an East Tennessee breakfast! Lots of good breakfast places nearby--Pancake Pantry one of the best just down the street. Price was good for a last-minute holiday date and great location.

Love love loved staying here! The location was so convenient and couldn’t have been more cozy! I do wish that there was a little bit more of a variety of breakfast food. But still loved the food that was provided. Staff was kind and helpful.

Had a lovely stay for the weekend. The central location was fantastic, making it easy to walk to nearby shops, restaurant and attractions . Our room was spacious and clean, and we really appreciated the comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. Staff were excellent. The only minor downside was that there were no breakfast meats at breakfast, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Gaitlinburg."

I like the view from the room balcony, closest to Anakesta park and aquarium. I would've like to see more breakfast varieties like adding sausages or bacon.
