The host was excellent, very responsive and accommodating. There were several minor issues that needed to be addressed and they even offered to come correct them during our stay but we didn’t have them do so since it wasn't affecting our trip, more so cosmetic issues. The main thing I would’ve liked to know before booking is that the theatre room and game room are not connected to the cabin you have to go outside on the deck and through another door with a passcode, this was challenging with small children that wanted to spend a lot of time in those rooms and a cabin full of people to host. The other thing is I wish the showers had doors on them, it was freezing the whole time and the water didn’t get very hot. But all of that to say, don’t let that stop you from experiencing this cabin! The views from the second you walk in the door were breathtaking, there was more than enough space for everyone to hangout and sleep comfortably, the kitchen was very fully stocked there wasn’t a single thing that we needed that wasn’t on hand and the modern finishes were unlike anything else we have seen in Gatlinburg.
