Not a clean property. Has mold all over the sink area. The kitchen sink has massive amount of scratches and damage. All the bunk beds in a room is duct taped as a repair. It was dangerous for anyone to sleep up there, so we lowered the mattresses for the 3 bunk beds. Bunch of glasses in the patio area were shattered and broken. The sheets and the house generally didn't smell like cleaning products. The bottom of the pool plaster was all chipped and damaged. God knows if the management have been treating the pool with proper chemicals.I wanted to get out of this property, but with 30 students, I had no choice but to stay. I informed the management, and yet their answer was not helpful. All they said was, "We will inform the maintenance." This was our second stay. I gave it a second try, but man. Beach Box has a lot of improvements to do. They need to replace the management. I won't be coming back for any reason in the future. The house is in terrible shape. I do have all the evidences of the damage that I took when we arrived to avoid possible lies from them that we caused the damages.
