Open living/dining area. Dining table seats 6. Fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. Large outdoor area for entertaining, picnic table, charcoal grill, out door shower and washer & dryer. Lower level has a Private bedroom -queen bed /bath, TV, refrigerator and microwave . Free WIFI/Cable provided.
Jamaica beach subdivision has a community pool, restaurants, coffee shop, laundry mat and more.
Short drive or walk to the beach. Come to the Island and make your beach memories at Family Tides.
Pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day passed can be purchased at pool.

Every room was a beachy color & nicely decorated!

Kitchen was well stocked. Large table with 8 chairs & 2 barstools. At first we were concerned about there only being a tv in the living room & not in any bedrooms but it did bring everyone out into the living areas & outdoor deck more to visit. The outside deck upstairs had a very nice dining table & chairs, 2 butterfly chairs, a chaise & ceiling fans which made it very comfortable to hang out on. They do need to water their outdoor plants better than they are as they were very dry & dying. I watered them a couple of times. We enjoyed the Family Tides property very much & would reserve again in the future! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach house.
