Beautiful views

Great location, beautiful views. Everything you need for a quick getaway. Draw backs it is two flights of stairs and we were three couples who were in separate cars. Each car had to pay $40 each to park.

If you are looking for a decent view you can get that here. Other than that, temper your expectations. The unit is rundown and needs a lot of TLC. The lone bathtub is unusable because of the rust spot coming through the tub and the other spots that have had the same are just covered up with some caulking and called good enough. The furniture is uncomfortable and dated, the carpets are awfully dirty (as many other have stated also). The TVs in the bedrooms cannot get any cable on either of them. The bed is not very comfortable to sleep on in our opinions either. The patio door is rusted out by the bottom channel and opening and closing the patio door takes some muscle.. We had to book on short notice and this was about the only option over New Years and we did have low expectations based on the other reviews we read and even our low expectations were not as low as what we noticed. My advice would be to stay away and find a property that cares about the guest's experience.

The property had a great view. It was very comfortable and very clean. Bedrooms were nice size and the bathrooms were spacious, as well. The carpets in the bedrooms are a little worn and the cable in the bedrooms did not work very well. Luckily, the weather was good, so we didn’t really need to watch TV, all that much, so it didn’t bother us. However, if someone is there, and the weather is bad, and they are stuck inside, they might want to get that fixed. The office people at check-in were really great and extremely efficient. There was a crew, every day, making sure the grounds were kept up and clean. I would, definitely, stay there again.

Location was excellent! Super close to Walmart, Kroger, liquor & gas. Beach is right across the street. Unit is perfectly located near both pools & gym. Large rooms, beds were comfy & kitchen well stocked, although could have used s/p & more glasses. Having baggies, paper plates & saran wrap would have been nice. Couches need to be replaced as well as carpet. Overall, we loved and would definitely stay here again.

Very clean except for the master bedroom carpet. It’s overdue for a shampoo. Nice to have the washer/dryer. Kitchen well supplied with pans, utensils, silverware and appliances. No food supplies like spices/seasonings or salt or pepper. No Tupperware, storage bags, plastic wrap or foil. Many good restaurants within a short drive.
