with elevator. The basic holiday home opens into a corridor where there
is a wall double bed.
The holiday home consists of a kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting area, 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and twin bedroom) and 1 full bathroom. The air conditioning is in the corridor of the sleeping area and it`s enough to cool both bedrooms.

apartment Anna House is by the seafront promenade of Gallipoli, in a
residential area that is only 150 meters away from Lido San Giovanni.
It`s the ideal solution if you wish to have everything at your
fingertips. The old town centre is within walking distance and reachable
from the seafront promenade.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
