The listing contains a picture of the exterior front of an attractive yellow house. That is actually NOT the listed property. The listed property is dull white with bright green trim and is located behind the yellow house. Access and parking are difficult. In my opinion the listed property is very unattractive and not in good condition. Also, while the property may be "downtown" it is not in a nice section of downtown Gainesville. We observed many dilapidated and abandoned properties in the vicinity and many people who appeared to be homeless and or drug addicted walking around. One approached our car when we were stopped in the driveway of the property next door. There is a Salvation Army shelter of some kind about a block away where we saw 20-30 such people being given food. We felt like the property was misrepresented in the listing and we were too afraid to stay there so we left and got a hotel in the nice part of Gainesville which starts about 1/2 mile further down the road. A very bad experience to say the least.
