Joe at the front desk was amazing. Very informative, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, beds are comfortable. Shower was hot. We are 2 female family members traveling and felt very safe. We checked in at 3pm and were given a wheelchair room. No idea why. I asked for pillows that were not down (due to an allergy) and was told there were none. Fire alarm went off at 6 am. We raced downstairs and were told it’s fine “because the alarm stopped.” Bread products were okay but pancake machine broken.chicken sausage was vile.
