5 STARS - EXCELLENT ALL AROUND

Pros: Very clean, spotless interior reception area and room - this does make a difference for customers.
Cons: The exterior of the hotel could be improved - paint, flowers, welcoming signs. (The exterior does not reflect how nice I found the hotel to be)
This hotel is a gem! I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff and I noticed immediately the neat appearance and cleanliness of the reception area. The room was immaculate, very clean to the point of perfection and everything was in fine order. Need extra towels - no problem! An extra muffin for breakfast - they will get if for you. Hard to find the kind of service when traveling that I received at this Quality Inn Gaffney. This place works hard for your approval and repeat business. Many thanks - I enjoyed my stay!

Staff nice..room needed some attention.

Staff really nice and large hotel room but a little high on price and an older establishment that needs some repair. Extra lock on outer door ripped out of frame, dirty handprints on fridge and absolutely filthy tub/shower, plug missing from sink. That said...nice buffet breakfast and pleasant dining area.
