Rooms and hallways had a horrible smell. Hallways smelled like smoke and dog. Elevator was dirty, old and needs a new paint job. Key fob didn't work throughout the whole stay, had to go to front desk everytime we stepped out. Will not be staying here again.

This trashy joke of a motel has roaches, bedbugs and mold. If you think I’m joking check the reviews. The 5 star reviews are fake. This is the crummiest motel I’ve ever booked. I checked out 5 min after checking in it’s so pathetic. This place should be shut down immediately, it’s an absolute dump. Normally reviews exaggerate, but not for this place.

The air conditioner was not working properly got sick from it. It smell coming out from there was a strong odor had to turn it off and then the room got warm was there for three days only change towels one time and did the bed the carpet needed cleaning the picture showed online are different from the hotel needs to have a paint job won’t stay there again😒

Don’t waste your money if you’re booking this hotel for their shuttle service to Disneyland. It’s far away and the shuttle timing just sucks. Only a few drop off times in the morning and then no other drop off after that and then pick up doesn’t start until 7pm and doesn’t even go until park closing. The hotel is a mess and falling apart. Wallpaper falling off the wall and it’s just old, outdated and not really clean. Check in was a disaster. We had requested early check in and were “greeted” by the rudest employee who told us they were booked solid and didn’t even want to check on our request. After sitting down trying to figure out what we were going to do we got an email saying our early check in was denied. Would have been nice to have received that the following morning when we requested it. Water on full hot mode wasn’t hot enough for a nice shower either and mattress was lumpy and soft. A few good things - everyone but the initial check in person we encountered was lovely. Breakfast was basic but it was nice to have. Overall I do not recommend at all. Stay somewhere cheaper closer to the park and just uber rather than trying to match your time to their pathetic shuttle schedule.

Mold spores in the showers of multiple units that they moved us to. Expedia is saying that they cannot get ahold of anyone at the front desk to verify my check out so they cannot issue a refund which is crazy because they told me that they already refunded Expedia.
