El apartamento está espectacularmente situado al final de Fuengirola, en la playa de Carvajal, casi ya en Benalmádena, por lo que es un lugar más tranquilo que el centro y más fresquito. La playa está justo en frente, por lo que es muy cómodo para ir con niños. Es un apartamento muy grande y las vistas son geniales. La dotación del apartamento, sin embargo, es mejorable. Le faltan bastantes elementos de cubertería y vajilla, uno de los toldos faltaba, el cajetín del lavavajillas estaba roto, por lo que no podía ponerse una pastilla, y a la parte de las habitaciones 2, 3 y 4 que daban a la montaña, casi no les llegaba el aire acondicionado, por lo que son calurosas.
