The hotel is well located. However, it uses products from the OPT and claims it is Israeli origin. I was there for 9 nights and got a terrible room that smelled like something died in it. Family stayed for two nights and got much better rooms, even though I booked all of them the same way. I would avoid again to be honest.

I loved it. The staff were wonderful. The view, wow, spectacular. The room was premium. Fellow travelers were fun. Would definitely book again. Uber will pick you up from the hotel. Took the Shuttle from the airport upon arrival. It was a fun trip. The local citizens are great.

Big hotel but relatively quiet which was lovely. rooms comfortable incl beds and good selection of english channels which was a nice surprise. Easy going hotel with lovely staff, good breakfast, great pool area and all you need. An excellent 4 star hotel.

Water Hazard Hotel

Hotel toilets were not cleaned. Tissue everywhere. I slipped on a massive puddlenof water in the toilet. Hurt my back so wss in pain for my last 3 days. Complained to the Bar Host and Receptionist. Neither of them cleaned it. Both said there was only 2 members of staff on. I had to keep telling gents not to use the toiler.

Enjoyable stay. The hotel is well positioned. Breakfast is excellent. Beds are not very comfortable and bedding is inadequate. Lots of plastic bottles and the pool side bar is all plastic cups. Not Eco Friendly.

Overall good

First time staying since the changeover from Florida Spa. Hotel very good but disappointed they didn’t offer late checkout for €30 like old hotel as it would be useful for older people with later flight. Also tv didn’t work 2nd night
